blurring the lines that define art

A collection of photos of objects seen around Marfa - blurring the lines that define art. You decide.
Art or not? In Marfa, anything seems possible.

I understood that materials,
as we used to define them,
have utterly changed.

So we can take something which
is "raw" and manipulate it.

At some point we have made
something new which did not
exist, even though the object
still resembles the "old form".

I reconciled myself to
conceptual art because I saw
a new way which "drawing"
could happen.

Pete,
Well articulated. If only I could be so good with words!
I completely agree on all your points.
